The New Paradigm 4 Africa is a platform dedicated to provide insights to help the African Countries Leaders, Politician, Members of Parliament (MPs), Judges, Businessman & Woman, Economists, Educators, Engineers, Lawyers, Journalists, Investors, Scientists, Specialists, Technicians, Decision-Makers, ONGs, Religion Institutions, etc., and all citizens, to change the current “status quo” mind and way of doing things that is pushing the African countries to the deep abyss of underdevelopment, misery, poverty, social conflicts, and change and adopt a New Paradigm for the Sustainable Economic, Social and Environment Development of African Countries.

The New Paradigm 4 Africa was founded and is managed by Manuel Carlos, a Civil Engineer and Business Manager graduated, with large international experience in Projects Management, acquired working in Angola, Brazil and the United State of America.

This website is dedicated to discussion of all matters related to improvement of standard of life, reduction of poverty, reduction of unemployment rate, and the sustainable economic, social and environmental development of African Countries.

The lack of good governance, the lack of patriotism, the systematic corruption, the neocolonialism of the government elite is hampering all effort of African countries to prosper and develop.

We believe that the African Countries have all it takes to achieve their sustainable development. The African Countries have amazing culture, astonishing and uncountable natural resources, splendid big rivers flowing uninterrupted all year long, an abundance of arable and fertile lands, overwhelming touristic sites, great variety of minerals (e.g. diamantes, gold, iron, uranium, etc.), an vibrant youth, and resilient and motivated people, whom survived the colonial, slavery, and other countless hardship imposed by Western European Countries.

Therefore with this initiative we want to shed light on this madness of lack of development and find way for progress, prosperity, better standard of living for all citizens of all African countries.
